Ingredients in Thai Basil Chicken:
- Chicken Breast / Thigh Meat - Choice is your's.Whatever you like to use it.
- I have used Chicken Breast meat this time but if you have Thigh Meat go ahead and use it. You can cut the chicken into small strips or use ground /minced Chicken to make this dish.
- Thai Red Chili - I have used the dried Thai Red Chili,as I could not get my hands on fresh Thai Red Chili. But taste would not change much.
- Thai Holy Basil / Thai Basil - Its key ingredient here and adds so much flavor to this recipe. Do try this recipe and do not be skeptical to add Basil, its really very good.
- Thai Basil Sauce(Hoisin Sauce,Soy Sauce,Fish Sauce,Brown Sugar) - Make a mix of these ingredients, works so good.
