This delicious and easy shrimp needs a few basic ingredients available in your pantry to make this easy coconut shrimp recipe.Following are the ingredients you need to make this:
- Shrimp (Large) - use preferably fresh, cleaned, peeled, and deveined with tails left on
- Eggs
- All-Purpose Flour
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Paprika
- Panko Breadcrumbs
- Coconut Flakes
How to make Coconut Shrimp?
To make this easy and crispy coconut shrimp follow these easy steps:Step1: Arrange 3 bowls.
In the first bowl whisk eggs with salt, and keep this aside.
Step2: In the second bowl, dry mix flour, salt, pepper powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step3: In the third bowl, add panko and coconut flakes and mix well.
Step5: I have skillet fried shrimp in this recipe but deep fry or baking works equally well.
Add oil to the pan and let it get hot. Once the oil is hot arrange the shrimp on the skillet.
Let the shrimp cook on one side then turn the shrimp on another side to ensure even cooking. Once all the shrimp are cooked serve with coconut shrimp dipping sauce.

- 1/4 tsp Salt
For Egg Mixture:
- 2 Eggs + 1/4tsp Salt
