Toasting sesame seeds for this dish is optional. Toasting seeds gives a nice nutty flavor which is totally optional to do if you are not a fan of nutty flavor in your dish.To toast sesame seeds, simply heat a skillet or a pan and sprinkle the seeds on the pan. With a spatula keep moving the seeds continuously so that the seeds do not burn.
When you see the seeds are slightly browned, that means the seeds are done.
