- Minced Chicken/ Pork/Beef
- Ramen
- Vegetable (Onion,garlic,ginger,carrot,cabbage,spring onion,bell pepper)
- Sauce (soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha)
How to make Egg Roll Ramen?
Step1: Cook the noodles as per package instructions (maximum for 1 min), drain the water, and toss noodles with oil, to avoid sticking the noodles. Discard the seasoning package.
Step2: In a skillet, add oil. When the oil turns hot, add ginger, garlic and saute for a few seconds.
Step3: Add chicken, salt, and pepper powder to the pan. Saute further and let the chicken cook.
Step4: Add all vegetables to the pan(onion, carrot, cabbage, bell pepper) and saute well till the vegetable are cooked.
Step5: In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients to make the sauce and mix well. Keep this aside.
Step6: Add noodles to the pan, then add sauce and toss everything well so that sauce coats the noodles and vegetables well.
Adjust salt and pepper powder.
Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onion chopped, and serve hot.
