Flavorful, yet very elegant Egg Malai Masala ,cooked in fragrant spices and goes so well with naan or rice!
A wonderful post for all those who love eggs in their diet ,its creamy delicious Egg Malai Masala!
Very flavorful, yet creamy gravy, which goes well with naan or rice.
I had never tried this dish anywhere, but somehow came up with this recipe😁 and it tasted so awesome. Happy me!
My kids love creamy gravies, rather curries that are sweet or spicy in particular. I usually make butter chicken for them as this is another creamy delicious chicken gravy that they love.
Check my recipe of Butter Chicken here!
I have few egg recipes shared : Egg Fried Rice,Egg Tawa Masala, check these too.
My family is super choosy about food and that makes me crazy. No matter what I do ,they love to have seafood and chicken all the time. Somehow finding ways to feed them veggies ,eggs ,fruits, beans, lentils ,millet's is a challenge😏
Even if we make very elaborate spread as per everyone's liking but sometimes one simple easy dish makes entire crowd happy.
Since I knew that my kids would love something thick creamy curry so I made with eggs instead of chicken or seafood and it turned out so amazing that it goes perfectly with naan and can be eaten with plain rice/ghee rice/jeera rice too.
I enjoyed this with Pav/Bread. I have shared recipe of Homemade Pav recipe too.

DeleteLast spring, I posted a *very* American recipe for hard cooked eggs in "curry sauce" - I'd been fascinated to learn that a century ago, immigrants to New York from Europe were using curry powder!
ReplyDeleteSo now I have to try your version, with a so-much better sauce - but still the convenience of making a real dinner of hard cooked eggs!
Wow! I love the color and I love creamy gravies too. When I peruse cookbooks, I usually pick the recipes that have the creamy gravies. Thanks for putting the links into some of the ingredients, it will help me to find the ingredients that I am not familiar with:)
