No Alcohol Orange Mojito

Summer is going to stay for some more time and its going to be so so hot ! Actually it's already so hot and to top that kids need to go out even on hot afternoons to play areas.
What can be a better option than to feed your thirsty souls some refreshing homemade fresh juice/fruit drink.
Here is what I do normally,I make a lot of homemade healthier versions of  drinks to feed us.I have shared few here. Please check my recent post on Pomegranate Apple Punch. Sometime I cheat too and make myself happy.Having a Coke or Pepsi one in a while doesn't hurt right.

summer refreshing drink orange

I had this drink in a restaurant and just loved the refreshing taste and something different than the regular orange juice. Apart from this, usually as we all know mojito are served by adding rum but since we do not drink alcohol I attempted the alcohol free version and it taste great with lots of ice.
Just to replace  rum,I tried adding ginger when making juice of oranges as it gave a nice twist in taste.
Also,I have added brown sugar but if you do not find it or want to use honey or regular white sugar then you can use.

Since childhood,my favorite summer holiday activities were fixed.Apart from visiting my aunt,I used to make lots of arts and craft work at home, all by myself. Although now I hardly remember to do anything ,but still I used to keep myself busy rather than sleeping or watching tv all the time.
Another fun activity I used to do regularly was making Rasna(for those who don't know-that is the most famous summer drink in India)  and fill the popsicle molds and refrigerate them.Enjoy this way the entire summer.
I have tried all kind of Rasna drinks but Mango was all time favorite flavor.

Try this recipe of refreshing orange mojito and enjoy this summer.
