How to Make Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Make the Dough

Mix the dry ingredients along with the butter:

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl add all the dry ones one by one. Starting with flour, then salt, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and parsley.

Then add melted butter and mix once.

Next add a grated sharp cheddar, followed by buttermilk to the bowl and stir well with spoon.

Align the baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls batter and arrange them on prepared baking sheet, leaving space approx. 1.5 inches between biscuits.
