  • Shredded Chicken
  • Cabbage
  • Spring Onion
  • Carrot
  • Cream Cheese
  • Mozzarella
  • Buffalo Sauce

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls?

Step1:  In a bowl add carrot, cabbage, spring onion, chicken, cream cheese, cheese, salt and buffalo sauce.

Mix everything well and keep this aside.

Step2:   One at a time, place an egg roll wrapper on a clean working surface, with one end facing  you and other end in opposite direction like diamond.

Step3:  Place the egg roll such that one corner is facing you, then place 2 tablespoons of chicken filling slightly below the center of the wrapper. 

Step4:   Dip your finger in a small bowl filled with water and run along the edges of the wrapper.

Step5:   Begin rolling the wrapper up by folding the corner closest to you, then fold the right and left corners towards the center and continue folding till you form a tight cylinder. Apply some water to the open corner of the roll by dipping your finger in water and seal the corner making the egg roll sealed. Repeat this for all the egg rolls.

Step6:   Heat oil and fry these egg rolls in batches till cooked well.

Serve with your favorite  dip.

What Type Of Chicken Should I Use?

Use either cooked and shredded chicken breast meat or leftover rotisserie chicken. If you have any other leftover grilled chicken then you can shred it and use too.

Can You Make Buffalo Egg Rolls In Advance?

Yes! It's better if you prep the filling and refrigerate 24hrs in advance and when you want to fry the rolls thaw the filling and assemble egg rolls.

If you want to assemble egg rolls in advance then you can store the egg rolls in a freezer safe bag, layered with parchment paper to avoid them sticking together.

They can stay upto 1 month in the freezer. Before frying thaw them first in the refrigerator and then then when you are ready to fry use them as needed.

How Long Do Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls Last After Cooking?

After cooking the egg rolls are good for 3 to 4 days after refrigerated.
To reheat the egg rolls either bake them or if you use air fryer then you can reheat in air fryer too.

Tips For Making Buffalo Chicken Rolls:

  • While frying the egg rolls, make sure you add the egg rolls in batches to the frying pan. 
  • You can alternatively bake or air fry the egg rolls. The crispiness of egg rolls wont be the same but its so much close.
  • If you are deep frying the egg rolls then frying them on medium heat will yield crisp egg rolls.
  • These buffalo egg rolls can be refrigerated upto 4 days but you can freeze them upto a month too.
