Nutella Brownies

These are my first ever brownies that I made, as I am not great at baking but now these brownies recipe is my permanent dessert recipe.

Easy to prep, easy to bake, no-fail Nutella brownies have been my kids favorite for a long time as they love Nutella. You will love how amazing they taste.

Nutella Brownie Ingredients:

  • Cocoa:  I have used unsweetend cocoa powder.
  • Brown Sugar: This gives the chewy texture to brownies.
  • White Powder Sugar: You can completely skip this and add entire brown sugar too.
  • Vanilla
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Eggs
  • Chocolate:  Always use good quality chocolate, as that adds flavor and texture to the brownies.
  • Flour
  • Nutella
  • Butter:  Use unsalted butter

Bake on the middle rack of the oven. Every oven is different, so keep a watch on the brownies.Let the tray cool to room temperature before you pull the brownies out of the baking tray.

Step8:
Once the brownies are cool, pull the brownies out of the tray using the overhang from the tray.Cut the brownies into desired sizes and enjoy.

Tips to make Nutella Fudge Brownies:

  • Every oven is different, so baking time varies. While baking, keep an eye on the brownies.
  • Brownies cook while the batter is hot and even after you take the baking tray out of the oven. So do not be in a hurry to take the brownies out of the baking tray while the brownies are hot.
  • Let the brownies cool completely, then pull them out of the baking tray to cut into slices.
  • Sometimes, when you test for the doneness of the brownies by using a toothpick or knife, there will be slight crumbs stuck to the toothpick or knife. That means the brownies are done; they need to be cooled completely before cutting.
  • If you remove the brownies from the baking tray while they are hot, there is a chance that the brownies will fall apart and they won't be firm.
  • Store them in an airtight container.
