Panda Express Chow Mein
Panda Express Chow Mein Ingredients:
- Noodles: The perfect noodles for this recipe are wheat or egg noodles, found in the Asian section of any grocery store. You can use Yakisoba noodles for this recipe, too. I have used egg noodles for this recipe. These are slightly yellowish.
- Vegetables: Cabbage, onion, and celery add perfect flavor to this dish, just like you enjoy in the restaurant. You can add any other vegetable of your choice.
- Sauce: The sauce is the star of this dish. It's made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, stock, brown sugar, and garlic.

Substitutions:

Sauté the vegetables on high heat till the vegetables look charred on the sides. Do not burn the veggies; here, the vegetables need a slight charred effect on the sides to get that restaurant-style flavor..jpg)

- Instead of egg noodles or wheat noodles, you can use yakisoba noodles.
- Adding any protein will only enhance the dish's flavor. Add eggs, chicken, turkey, or beef as you wish.
- To make this dish spicy, add sriracha, chili oil, or even red pepper flakes to the sauce.
