How to Make Honey Garlic Wings
  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven to 375F/190C. In a bowl, mix the salt, pepper powder, paprika, garlic powder, and flour.
  • Step 2: Chicken wings should be cleaned and patted dry with kitchen tissue paper. If your chicken wings are whole, then cut them at the joints into 3 pieces, and discard the wing tips.
Add dry wings to the bowl, toss well so that chicken wings are coated evenly with the dry ingredients.

Pro Tips To Make Honey Garlic Chicken Wings:

  • Make sure you pat the wings dry with kitchen tissue; the spices won't coat the chicken properly, and they won't be crispy when baked.
  • It is important to flip the chicken halfway to get the chicken cooked evenly and to make the chicken crispy.
  • If the sauce is thin, then heat the sauce a little longer; once cooled, the sauce gets thick.
  • Leftover wings can stay for 2 days in the refrigerator and can be heated in the oven at 375F/190C for 10 mins or till heated thoroughly.
  • Do not heat in a microwave, as the texture of the chicken changes when heated in a microwave.
  • If you want to freeze then do not coat the chicken with sauce. You can bake the chicken, arrange them in between layers of parchment paper to avoid sticking, in a freezer-safe bag or container, and freeze up to a month, then reheat in the oven as mentioned above.
