- Chicken: Use lean meat, if not chicken, then use Turkey.
- Egg: Use an egg to bind the ingredients together.
- Parmesan: Adds so much flavor to the meatballs.
- Cilantro / Parsley: Adds flavor to the final dish.
- Breadcrumbs: Another binding agent. You can use regular breadcrumbs or panko.
- Seasonings: Salt, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika.
- Onion and Garlic: For the flavor, and grated/chopped onion for flavor and juices to the meatballs.

How To Make Baked Chicken Meatballs:
Step1: Preheat the oven at 375 F/ 190 C.In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Lightly mix all the ingredients. Do not overwork, as that will make the meatballs dry.
