I tried my hands on the recipe for firecracker chicken meatballs and it was so good that it's been a regular now. The sauce for chicken meatballs is amazing, delicious, plus sweet, savory, and spicy all at the same time.

Ingredients Used To Make The Best Chicken Meatballs:
- Ground Chicken
- Spices (Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, onion powder)
- Egg
- Garlic
- Breadcrumbs
- Parmesan
- Parsley
You will need these basic ingredients to make this firecracker chicken.
You can substitute onion powder with minced onion, instead of chicken you can also use pork, or beef as per choice.
Breadcrumbs can be the regular ones or Panko too.
Instead of paprika, you can use red chili flakes or sriracha too.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 400F.
Spray nonstick spray or oil over the meatballs and bake for 10mins.
Flip the meatballs with tongs and bake the meatballs for another 10mins.
Step 4: In a saucepan add the ingredients for sauce.
Cook over medium heat, until sauce is combined. Stir in between to avoid sticking to the pan or burning the sauce. Let it cool.
The sauce thickens as it cools. But adjust the sauce consistency as it cools completely by adding a dash of water.
Step 4: Dip each meatball into the sauce and place it back on the baking tray. Bake for another 7 to 8 mins.
Garnish with parsley and red chili flakes.

- Brown Sugar
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic Powder
To make the sauce for meatballs, you need to add all the ingredients to a saucepan and let it simmer for some time till the sauce starts to thicken.
Do not keep the sauce cooking as it gets thick as the sauce cools.
You can thaw them in the refrigerator section and then cook them or bake them.
Step 2: Apply some oil to your palms. Scoop the meat mixture and shape it into balls, roughly 1-and-half inches.
