Spicy gochujang sauce is the star - add your choice of vegetables, sauce, noodles, and protein (such as chicken, egg, or any other protein) to make these amazing noodles.

What are Gochujang noodles?
Gochujang is Korean fermented red chili paste, which has such strong flavors, and it works well in any stir-fry dish.If you are looking for an amazing, quick, easy dinner or lunch fix, then this gochujang noodle recipe is the one for you.
It comes together in under 30 minutes, totally customizable and totally addictive.
I am hooked on gochujang paste/sauce such that I use it in pasta, noodles, chicken, and rice too.

Gochujang Noodles Ingredients
- For Gochujang Sauce:
- Soy Sauce
- Gochujang Paste
- Brown Sugar
- Sesame Oil
- Rice Vinegar
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Hoisin
- For Gochujang Noodles:
- Rice noodles/ Udon/Ramen
- Chicken, breast/thigh
- Sesame oil
- Salt & pepper
- Bell Peppers
- Spring onion
- Sesame seeds


How to make gochujang noodles?
Step 1: Prep the noodlesBoil water to cook noodles. Cook the noodles until done, rinse with cold water, toss with some oil, and set aside.
Step 2: Make the gochujang sauce
In a bowl, add all the ingredients to make the gochujang sauce, mix well, and keep aside.
Step 3: Stir Fry (Vegetables/ Chicken/Noodles)
In a wok/pan, add sesame oil. When the oil is hot, one by one, add bell peppers, spring onion whites, and saute.
Add chicken to the wok/pan and saute further till the chicken is no longer pink and cooked well.
Finally, add noodles to the pan.

Step 4: Sauce it up
Add the gochujang sauce to the pan and mix so that the sauce coats the noodles.

Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion greens, serve immediately, and enjoy!


Tips to make Gochujang Noodles:
- Use rice noodles, udon noodles, or even ramen for this recipe.
- While using sesame seeds in this recipe, use roasted and toasted sesame seeds. They bring a nutty flavor to the final dish.
- There won't be many leftovers, but you can store the noodles in the refrigerator for a day or two.
- Reheating the gochujang noodles is best when done in a microwave. If you want to heat on the stovetop, the noodles can start getting sticky and form lumps.
- Add vegetables of your choice when making this dish.
- The gochujang sauce will be thick; you can add water to make it thinner and adjust the flavors accordingly.
