Tips to make Gochujang Noodles:

  • Use rice noodles, udon noodles, or even ramen for this recipe.
  • While using sesame seeds in this recipe, use roasted and toasted sesame seeds. They bring a nutty flavor to the final dish.
  • There won't be many leftovers, but you can store the noodles in the refrigerator for a day or two.
  • Reheating the gochujang noodles is best when done in a microwave. If you want to heat on the stovetop, the noodles can start getting sticky and form lumps.
  • Add vegetables of your choice when making this dish.
  • The gochujang sauce will be thick; you can add water to make it thinner and adjust the flavors accordingly.
