Moong Dal Kachori....yummy ....for all of you!

I made this Moong Dal Kachori for evening snacks some days back, as I like making something new for evening snacks. They turned out real good so I thought of making them one more time and make Kachori chaat out of them too...that was in turn another delish preparation!

I really am thankful to all my readers for constant messages with appreciations and constant support. It's because of all of you that I keep on trying something new and sharing with all of you so that you all can enjoy yummy food with me.

I had love for kachoris when I used to stay in Belgaum for my college education, now its called Belagavi.
There was this snacks shop,in the neighbourhood ,where I used to stay and it was super famous for their yummy kachoris and dhoklas. Most evenings I used to get the kachoris from there.
They used to serve it with tamarind sweet chutney...now how to make that chutney is a mystery for me too. But I shall crack that recipe soon.

Please try this recipe of kachori.
