Hello Everyone.....another yummy post.... Chicken Puffs or Patties...that's what we call them in Goa!!
This is a superb teatime snack , which can be easily done and way better than Bakery ones as you can prepare them the way you want...with all twists and innovations!!
I need a good snack for evening tea as that what keeps me going till night...with all chores and chaos going around :)
This time I made Chicken Patties...but these I made with homemade Puff Pastry.
Initially, I had also put recipe of Vegetable Patties / Puff, but it was made with store bought puff pastry sheets.
I wont be writing in detail how to make puff pastry at home as I don't think I would do justice to explain how to make perfect Puff Pastry at home. I followed this recipe from Master chef, Mr. Sanjay Thumma's site : How to make Puff Pastry.
If you like to make puff pastry at home then please follow the link mentioned above and try your hands on it...its pretty easy recipe...or you can very well go for store bought pastry sheets.
