So, here is what you need to check /points to remember:

1. I have not made homemade Chocolate sauce but instead used Nutella, and trust me that was the best choice I made! You can try enjoying these Churros with Nutella or homemade sauce too.

2. When the butter, sugar and water start to boil, before you add the flour, lower the heat and then add the flour with rest of the ingredients.Mix quickly and switch off the heat.Cover the pan and keep aside to cool off for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Do not add the Egg  to dough mix while its still HOT.It will curdle and form scrambled egg ,which we do not want so wait till the dough mix cools down.

4. When you add the Egg,mix it with a kitchen handheld mixer to mix the egg with dough well to form smooth dough.

5. Use Star Tip of the Icing Piping Bag to pipe the Churros. Keep the heat always on Medium,as if you keep the heat low then it takes up a lot of time and lot of oil gets used and if you keep the heat high then the Churros overcook with center being still doughy inside.

6. Finally toss them in a the sugar and cinnamon mix.
