Mix Bhaji Pav (Goan Special breakfast)

A new post and something I loved having since childhood for breakfast..Goan Special - Mix Bhaji Pav! (It's mix of  Dried White Peas gravy and Potato Dry Sabji enjoy with hot Pav/Bread)

I had shared a recipe of Goa's special Une / Pav , try this for a very yummy and soft pav.
This recipe is strictly not a breakfast recipe, you can make this for evening tea/coffee time too.

Mix Bhaji and Pav is Goa's most favorite breakfast.Sometimes even if the dry Potato bhaji is not there but still the gravy sabji is something all love to eat with Pav.

I remember, whenever I used to be mad at my parents for some reasons my dad used to get me Bhaji Pav for breakfast to lighten up my mood ๐Ÿ˜Š as this was my favorite and they had a very good idea that if I see this then I will forget everything and will be back to normal ๐Ÿ˜€
I tried quiet a few times this recipe of gravy bhaji at home but was not able to get that taste what we get in Goa's restaurants. This time when I made this I could get some percentage of that taste of what we get in restaurants.
I could say that as my husband who is not much of beans/peas gravy fan or we can say that not much into vegetarian food asked for a second helping.

I got a few requests from some of my Blog readers asking to share bhaji pav recipe,as I shared bhaji pic on Facebook page sometime back. It was a random click that I had shared. So here is the recipe of my favorite breakfast mix bhaji pav.
Enjoy!
