Grilled Cheese Sandwich



A post for breakfast ideas this time...Grilled Cheese Sandwich!

This will work superb for evening tea time too...well all you need is to make it and enjoy with a cup of hot Coffee!!

I prepared it for breakfast, and it is by far the quickest breakfast solutions I have done. Nothing fancy or exotic about this dish,but each bite along with sip a coffee or tea will give your day a happy kick start.

I was having plans for preparing Akki Roti for breakfast / Rice Bhakri that's what we call it...I shall share the recipe of my version of rice bhakri too. But saw a big block of Mozzarella cheese in freezer and changed my mind.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
  • 4 White Sandwich Bread,slices
  • 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons Butter, at room temperature
  • 1 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala powder (I used Everest)
  • I used chunks of cheese sliced,use as per need Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
  • 5 Small cloves Garlic,finely chopped
Instructions
In a bowl,add butter,garlic,pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
Apply this mixture on bread slices.
Add cheese sliced or cubes, as per need.
Now,grill the sandwich on grilling pan till cheese is melted and bread slices are crisp.
Serve hot with tea or coffee!!

Tips:

  • You can add garlic powder instead of fresh garlic minced. I like the taste of fresh garlic.
  • You can also use chili flakes or oregano in the sandwich too.
  • Also, you can add any sliced vegetables of your choice.
