Bhakarwadi

Diwali sweets are in making, one of the festive snacks that I made this time is Bhakarwadi!!

I loved this snack a lot since my childhood,as I remember my mom getting bhakarwadi's for us.
There is a famous snack shop in Goa,which is very famous for many types of snacks likes Patties,Cakes,Nanakatai,Ladoos,Chakali and Bhakarwadi too.

Next time when I tasted a new preparation of bhakarwadi was when I tasted Iyengar Bakery's, this is a different style of bhakarwadi.Long in shape and very little masala at center. But this masala is enough to give an awesome bite size snack.

My third try was when I tasted this bhakarwadi with a different preparation was Chitale Bandhu's, when a colleague had got the bhakarwadi's.
Their bhakarwadi's taste was altogether a new level of awe.

I tried to create that same magic, and I am happy that my family said that my bhakarwadi's are so close to Chitale's!! blush blush...ok...but still please try my version and enjoy!!
