This teriyaki chicken stir-fry with ramen noodles is our recent obsession. It's delicious, quick, easy to make, and ready in almost 30 minutes, which makes this dish a great weeknight meal.

Ingredients To Make Teriyaki Ramen
- Ramen: You can use lo mein noodles too.I have discarded the spice packet.
- Chicken: Boneless skinless chicken breast meat, but you can use thigh meat too. Here, chicken is marinated with salt, soy sauce ,cornstarch, oi,l and pepper.
- Teriyaki Sauce: For the sauc,e Dark and light soy sauces are used, which have low sodium content. Plus brown sugar, salt, pepper, sriracha, and ginger-garlic minced.
- Vegetables: Adding vegetables is a personal choice; you can skip altogether or customize to add mushrooms, bell peppers, spring onions, etc.



How To Make Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry With Ramen Noodles:
Step1: Cook Ramen. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the ramen, and cook until 60% done. Drain the water, then drain the noodles under cold tap water. Toss the ramen with a tablespoon of oil and set aside.
Step2: Prepare Sauce. To prepare sauce, mix all the ingredients mentioned for sauce in a cup, stir well and keep aside.

Step3: Prep Chicken. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, oil, cornstarch, and soy sauce, then set aside.

Step4: Combine all. In a skillet, add 1 Tablespoon sesame oil, when its hot, add marinated chicken to the skillet(discard marinade) and toss well till chicken is cooked thoroughly. Keep this aside.
Step5: In the skillet, add another 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil, once its hot, add onion, carrot, and broccoli one by one and saute till they are soft. Add the cooked chicken to this pan.

Step6: Add sauce to the pan, mix well, then add ramen to this and toss everything well such that sauce coats the noodles.
Step7: Serve with sesame seeds and spring onion greens.



Tips to make ramen with teriyaki sauce:
- Add vegetables as per your choice. You can use bell peppers, spring onions, and button mushrooms in this recipe.
- Ramen seasoning packets can also be added to the noodles. I have omitted from this recipe.
- Keep the leftovers in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
- To reheat the leftovers, microwave the noodles until they are heated through.
- You can add a tablespoon of sesame oil to the noodles while heating to loosen them up, preventing lumps from forming.
- Do not store for more than 3 days, as the dish will lose its taste and freshness.
