A new recipe for tea time snack...Paneer Palak Roll!!
This recipe is a quick ,very tasty and healthy for all people who want something nice and tasty for satisfying the 4 O'Clock hunger :)
The best part about this recipe is I used Whole Wheat flour for making this and this recipe was my entry for the Whole Wheat Flour - Vivatta Chakki Atta Contest on Archana's Kitchen (Contest)

Palak Paneer Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 Cup,Chopped finely Palak
- 1/4th Cup,crumbled Paneer
- 1/4th Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4th Cup Besan / Bengal Gram Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
- Salt as per need
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- Water to knead the dough
- Oil / Ghee to fry
Instructions
In a mixing bowl,add all the ingredients mentioned above except ghee/oil and water.
Dry mix them.
Now slowly add water little by little to make a soft dough.
Keep the dough aside,covered with a damp cloth for about 15 minutes.
Pinch small dough balls and roll on your palms to make rolls out of them.
Now,on a flat griddle/Tawa,add little ghee.
When its hot,place all the rolls on tawa and shallow fry them till done.
Serve them hot with mint chutney and hot tea!
Tips:
.You can deep fry ,bake and steam these rolls.
.Adjust your spice level as per tolerance.
