An amazing recipe for the weekend...a new post for Prawn lovers....Prawns Pulao!!

This is by far the best ,fragrant, delicious, quick and superbly tasty tasting pulao I have done and tasted too!
This pulao recipe is very quick and non messy one...very good to make and very good to eat.

I remember my mom making these variety of rice dishes and pulao was one of her best recipes.
I ended up making this dish, as I was pretty tired of cooking similar dishes of typical Goan food plate / thali...such as Rice,Kokum curry, fish curry, subji and fried fish.
I wanted to make pulao which was fragrant ,yummy and yet very light!....yes it is indeed very light as there are no much spices or dry fruits or ghee loaded in this....and still it is awesome!

Try this and I bet you will make it over and over again!

Another look at it!!

Tips:

  • Try frying the prawns separately and adding to rice later if you like prawns to be crunchy. I like Soft prawns so I cooked them.
