Finally!!!! A post after long long time....!! Masala Aloo!!
I was away from my blog for a while now...well...I have an addition to my family!!! :)
Now, I am trying to get back to my love of blogging. This is my first attempt to post after a long, so will try to keep up to my scheduled posts. Hmmmm....Crossed my fingers!!
This time I am presenting a simple breakfast dish, Masala Aloo with Poori....yum!
Breakfast are always challenging for me as I always want something new everyday and without repetitions but had drained on ideas.
When entered kitchen, opened the refrigerator and starred inside it for a moment ...realized didn't prepare Puri for a while but fed up of usual Aloo sabji so thought of trying something new.
Well, it clicked!! Steaming hot Puris with garama garam Masala Aloo and best part is Adrak waali chai!! Bliss!!
Try it :)
