You can deep fry the cauliflower if you love fried things but this baked cauliflower works absolutely spot-on! You can't even figure whether cauliflower was baked or fried and you will lick your plate.
This goes very well as an appetizer and even as a side with fried rice and/or noodles of your choice. So good!

Baked Honey Sriracha Cauliflower Wings

Spicy delicious Baked Honey Sriracha Cauliflower Wings!
Ingredients
- 1 Small Cauliflower head
- For Marination:
- 2 Tbsp Yogurt
- As per need Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 tsp Paprika
- For Sauce mix:
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Chili Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tsp Sesame Oil,divided
- For coating:
- 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cauliflower florets.
Marinate with the ingredients mentioned for marination. - In a bowl, add the ingredients mentioned for sauce mix.
Preheat the oven at 400F / 200C.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper/aluminum foil.
Dredge the cauliflower florets in panko.
Arrange them on the tray.
Drizzle some sesame oil and bake for 15 to 20 mins or till done,rotating the cauliflower florets in between. - Heat the sauce and let it simmer for a few seconds.
Drop all the cauliflower florets in this sauce and coat well.
Serve hot.
Prep Time: 00:10:00 mins.
Total time: 40 mins.
