This recipe is very easy to follow plus its totally under 30 minutes,Kid friendly ,as anyone cant say no to Cheese.

Here is the step by step by pictures to help you understand how to make Grilled Cheese Sandwich:
Ina pan,add Butter and let it melt.
Add garlic chopped,onion chopped and let it cook well till onion is pink.
Add black pepper powder,mayonnaise,garlic powder,cream,parsley.
Stir it further and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
On a grilling pan,add more butter and some parsley,stir to spread well.
Apply the filling generously on to sides of bread add cheese and close.Keep on the plate and grill it done and cheese starts to ooze out.

Ingredients
- 4 White Sandwich Bread,slices
- 1 Teaspoon + 2 Teaspoon,Parsley Flakes,dried,divided
- 1 Medium,Red Onion,finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoon + 1 Tablespoon Butter, at room temperature,divided
- 2 Tablespoon,Mayonnaise Eggless
- 1 Tablespoon,Cream/Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup,Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 5 Garlic,cloves,finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon,Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Teaspoon,Garlic Powder
Instructions
In a pan,add 2 Tablespoon butter,when melted,add garlic and onion.
Fry for a few minutes till onion is soft.
To this add pepper powder,salt(if unsalted butter) ,garlic powder and 1 Teaspoon parsley.
Stir further.
Add mayonnaise,cream and mix well.
Simmer for a few seconds.
Then switch off the flame.
Apply this spread to the slices of bread generously.
Add cheese and close the sandwich by placing the slices on top of each other.
Heat a grilling pan,add remaining butter and parsley,place the sandwiches on the pan.
Cook till done and serve immediately!

Tips:
- You can only add garlic powder instead of fresh garlic minced. I like the taste of fresh garlic so I added it.
- You can also use chili flakes or oregano in the sandwich too.
- Also, you can add any sliced vegetables of your choice.
- Also substitute Mozzarella with any other cheese of your choice.

ReplyDeleteWOW!! I love grilled cheese -- it is the ultimate comfort and with a bowl of soup I'm in heaven. I've made quite a few grilled cheese sandwiches in my lifetime but not quite like yours. I love the garlic and onion saute I bet it really improves the flavor. Will have to try it.
