Masala Pav Recipe / Mumbai Street Food

An exciting post for all the street food lovers like me, this time it is one more Mumbai classic...Masala Pav!

This is update for my earlier Masala Pav recipe. Here I have updated the pictures and some more thoughts to share ๐Ÿ˜Š

I had this Masala Pav a very long time back, I think almost 2 years back or  may be more, but I still remember how yummy it was.

This was when I had been to Mumbai and we took city tour. We had to stay in Mumbai for a week's time and I used to get so fed up sitting in Hotel room whole day so finally on Saturday, just a day before we had to leave, we decided to take a city tour and enjoy Mumbai as me and my husband had not been to Mumbai and roam around much.

So the front desk receptionist arranged for a cab for us and we preferred that rather than looking out for some local tours on our own, as we didn't have much time on our hands. Finally ,next day a guy came with taxi, looked pretty decent and well spoken. He took us to around Mumbai in one day, showing us almost all attractions and site seeing places in Mumbai.I asked him to show me Shahrukh Khan's house ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ as that was one of the places on my list.

The best place to taste these delicacies are in Mumbai, along with lots more. Check out my recipe of Bun Maska,Pav Bhaji.
Maska Pav is one more thing I tried in Mumbai along with few more street food varieties.

These taste best when you eat them with some barik sev and grated cheese, not to forget when you have them with hot cuppa chai!
Yes Tea/Chai is most commonly loved drink in Mumbai, just like Coffee /Filter Coffee is loved in Karnataka.
