Goan Mackerel Recheado/Stuffed

Hello ALL!!...I made this Mackerel Recheado recently so just updating the post with recent pictures, the recipe remains the same!

Stuffed Mackerel or better known as Recheado is another mouthwatering dish of Goa.
In most of Goan lunch thalis, this can be one of the highly recommended dish. I love mackerel varieties apart from recheado, such as rava fry, uddamethi, sukem, etc.
I shall post recipes of mackerel as and when i will prepare them but today's post is about recheado.
