After all the Christmas goodies, bakes, and drinks then next will New Year Celebration, and for that I have already shared two amazing Holiday and Party Punch recipes too. They are Cranberry Apple Holiday Punch and Pomegranate Apple Party Punch. Both are non-alcoholic and just best.

Finally the year is coming to an end and the new year will bring new hopes, new targets to achieve, new milestones in life and excitement too. I wish all of  you lovely people

How good are these Shortbread cookies and how long they stay fresh?

These are one of the best cookies I have baked till date. No eggs,no baking powder or soda yet perfect crisp cookies and the texture just is so good that they will melt in your mouth.
They stay fresh if stored in an airtight container for more than 15 days.

How long do I need to bake them?

The time of oven depends on how big is your oven.Whether you bake in Microwave Convection Mode or in Cooking Range Convection oven. Plus depending on the size of cookie you cut the time will  vary. So adjust the oven time accordingly.
I waited till the top of the cookies were slightly golden brown.
