Crab Masala

This is an update of my previous post...Crab Masala!
I have updated recipe and pictures here.Hope you all will love this!

It's been long since I had crabs so thought of getting them this week. Getting nice crabs that too cleaned one's was a roller coaster ride!
You must be wondering why she need cleaned one's...can't she clean them?? so the answer is  No 😞.
I had tried cleaning previously very small crabs which was ok but when I see the live crabs crawl I am dead !😱
I finally found these medium to small sized few fresh crabs which were cleaned and my mission was complete!
Now,the next step was to make some hot and spicy finger-licking good curry out of it.
This version of my gravy goes so well with Pav/Bread and rice.I think even if you have this with Rice flour bhakri/Tandlachi Bhakri they would be hit too!

Another variation of crabs that I make is Crab Curry. Do try it out too.
Do try this curry and enjoy! Share your feedback!😊
