Chicken Momo

A new post again!....This time it's spicy yet delicious Chicken Momo!

It's been a while since I made some appetizers,so thought of making Chicken Momos. I wanted to make them healthier so made the cover also with Spinach puree. This way my taste buds were also happy and I did not have much guilt of eating flour ;)
Another thing that was on my mind was to make them spicy/hot as I was so fed up of eating Diwali goodies/all sweets, and wanted some nice spicy flavor in momos but again there was this another glitch as I wanted to use Indian spices in my momos instead of soy sauce or any other sauces we have typically been eating.
So I finally made the Spinach covered momos with spicy chicken filling!

They turned out not only spicy, hot and yummy but beautiful too.
There are a number of ways in which momos can be made. The version I made was steamed one, apart from this you can try pan-fried,deep-fried,baked versions too.
To make the cover,I followed this video
Now choice is your's,make any kind of the cover you like, need not be fancy or pretty looking but yummy to eat...that is all that matters!

Do try this version of mine and send me your feedback/pictures on my facebook page. I will be happy to share them with all my readers!
Enjoy!
