Vatana Usal (Spicy Peas Curry)

A new post for all spicy curry lovers..this time it is Vatana Usal ...a spicy peas curry!

This is a very good breakfast dish...and it goes well with puri or pav/bread.
Usually in restaurants we get this usal only made of moth beans and white peas but since I didn't have moth beans at home instead I used white peas, green dry peas and some quantity of masoor.
Whatever combination of peas you use to make this curry the final outcome is superb and a good way to consume variety of beans.
